Question 1

How much does a Lake Powell houseboat rental cost?

Accepted Answer

A prime-week Lake Powell houseboat rental can cost $17,000 or more for only seven days — and when the trip ends, that money is gone. Laketime shared ownership is a better value: you get nine days each year on a luxury 75-foot houseboat, full launch and retrieval, an overnight stay in our yard before launch, and a share you can resell. For about the same annual cost as one rental, you build equity instead of paying fees that disappear after a single vacation.

Question 2

Are Lake Powell houseboats for sale through Laketime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Laketime offers shared ownership shares and houseboat sales on luxury 75-foot houseboats at Wahweap Marina. Browse available shares for sale on laketime.com/available or contact us at (800) 572-5701.

Question 3

Is shared ownership better than renting a houseboat on Lake Powell?

Accepted Answer

For families who return to Lake Powell year after year, shared ownership is often better than rental: you get more days on the water, premium amenities, overnight yard stays before launch, and your payment builds value instead of disappearing after one trip.

Question 4

Where do Laketime houseboats launch on Lake Powell?

Accepted Answer

Laketime houseboats launch from Wahweap Marina in Page, Arizona. Our full-service team handles launch, retrieval, maintenance, and trip support.
