2005 “Water Dancer”
This boat was fully-refurbished in 2014. It is a 16′ x 75′ 2005 American Waterways houseboat which had little use as a single-owner houseboat on Lake Powell in its previous life. It is a 16 owner boat with a full or half shares available. Water Dancer offers features for the more exclusive smaller groups. The floor plan has a side hallway and three cabins, each with queen beds and complete privacy. In addition, the Master cabin features a king size bed and private bath. There is an additional bath to service the other bedrooms. The kitchen and salon are open concept and offer plenty of room for group activities. This houseboat has been refurnished with upgraded appliances throughout. As with all Laketime boats it has plenty of refrigerator space with two full size refrigerators and an additional freezer. The top deck is fully screened with a fiberglass hardtop. It is sure to be the chosen area for fun and group activities with the wet-bar and plenty of both covered and open deck area.
